Have a question after your review? You’ll have a 3 business-day window to send 1–2 follow-up questions for clarification or deeper insight.

All responses are delivered within 3 business days, allowing time for a thoughtful reply that fits around my production schedule.

Questions should be focused and specific to the feedback you received—this helps me give you the most useful response without unnecessary delays (and gives us both the benefit of weekends and holidays off).

  1. Purchase your review
    Book your asynchronous review through the site and submit payment securely.

  2. Submit your materials
    After purchase, you’ll receive a short intake form where you can upload your images, links, or supporting materials—plus a few quick questions to help me understand what you’re looking for.

  3. I’ll dive in and review
    Within 3 business days, I’ll deliver your review via video or written critique (depending on what best suits your request).

  4. Optional Q&A window
    You’ll have 3 business days to submit up to 2 follow-up questions via email. I’ll respond within another 3 business days to help you move forward with clarity.

ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Live coaching is a real-time, one-on-one Zoom session where we dig into your work, strategy, or questions together. Asynchronous reviews are done on my time—you submit your work and context, and I send back a detailed video or written critique within 3 business days. No meetings, no scheduling stress.

  • If you're looking for fast, flexible feedback—especially on something visual like a portfolio or edit—go async. If you want to talk through ideas, prep for a big client job, or work through mindset blocks, go live. Still not sure? Book a mini-consult and I’ll help you choose.

  • Each session is designed to focus on one core area—this helps me give you my best, most focused insight. If there’s overlap, mention it in the intake form and I’ll address it if time and scope allow. Otherwise, you’re always welcome to book a follow-up session.

  • Live sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may be forfeited. For asynchronous reviews, you have 8 weeks from purchase to submit your materials. After that, the review expires.

  • Nope—but not because I’m being mean. This work is time- and energy-intensive, and your spot is held the moment you book. Please be sure before purchasing, and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions beforehand.

  • I’m here to help you get better—not flatter you or give vague praise, but also not to insult you. My goal is always to offer thoughtful, constructive feedback that you can actually use.

  • Not without written permission. This process is meant to be a private, judgment-free zone—on both sides.
